ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Please follow the instructions below to submit your abstract.
Without exception, abstract early submissions will not be accepted after midnight CET April, 5th 2021.
Authors will be informed about the decision (short talk or poster presentation) by April, 20th 2021.
All presenters (oral and poster) will require to be fully registered before submission.
The late abstract submission (eligible for posters only) deadline will be April, 30th 2021.
Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the ’on-line abstracts’ submission form. Abstracts sent by other ways (fax, post, e-mail) will not be accepted.
Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed 250 words. During the abstract submission process you will be asked to select the type of presentation:
- Poster presentation
- Oral Communication
Type your abstract directly into the abstract submission form. Tables, graphics, figures and images cannot be included in the abstract. Do not include title and authors in the abstract main text box; these will be collected automatically from the headings. Please do not include references.
Once the abstract has been submitted, the contact author will receive a confirmation e-mail stating the submission reference number. Abstracts can be modified at any time before April, 5th 2021 by using your reference number. The notification of acceptance, the state of the final reference number and schedule details for presentation will be sent by the Congress Secretariat to the contact author by e-mail on April, 20th 2021.
If you do not receive information concerning your abstract by that date, please contact the Congress Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Details of abstracts will appear in the program exactly as submitted. Authors are requested to follow the rules and guidelines strictly. Authors are solely responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data submitted.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance for poster presentation, poster number and schedule for your poster presentation.
The poster will be available online only. PDF Only - Max File Size: 5 MB.
Poster Dimensions: A4 .
Each poster presenter will have a personal Slack channel for discussion.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your acceptance for oral presentation, presenting session, schedule and specific guidelines for your presentation.
The presenting author of an accepted abstract must attend and register for the Congress. All accepted abstracts will be published in an Abstract Book on .pdf format.
If you wish to modify an already submitted abstract, please send the corrected work to the email@example.com for replacement. Corrections to regular abstracts can only be made until the submission deadline: April, 5th 2021.
Requests for abstract withdrawal must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before April, 20th 2021 to avoid publication in the Program and Book of Abstracts.
